about kappa
ai works inside the editor, with the project you have open.
the goal is to keep changes in one place, whether you’re adjusting a scene, working on an asset, or updating the code that connects them.
how is it different from a coding assistant?
the ai is built into godot’s editor. it can edit scenes, work with assets, and change engine settings.
why godot?
we love godot’s scene system: build a character once, then reuse it across your game. you also get 2d, 3d, physics, animation, and ui tools in one editor. and it’s open source, which lets us build ai directly into the engine.
can i use an existing godot project?
we haven’t confirmed which godot versions and projects will work yet.
when can i try it?
we don’t have a release date yet. join the waitlist and we’ll email you when you can try it.
